PARISH VISIONING
Can you envision goals? Do you carefully consider the whole picture and then generate the most effective course of action? Serve your parish on a team or council and help consider all the possibilities to make the most productive and effective decisions about our parish’s future.
Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council is viewed as the unifying structure within the parish which guides the liturgical, social, ecumenical, educational, and administrative activities of the parish, along with any other aspects of parish life which contribute to the living of the Gospel. The Council acts as a forum to provide communication between the parishioners, committees, the pastor and the staff. Council members serve a 3 year term. Meetings are the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:15pm.
Finance Council
Do you like to figure out all the pieces and resources to effectively accomplish goals. If you like working with numbers, consider being an advisory member of the Finance Council and assist the parish in expenditures, balancing the budget and other financial issues affecting the parish. Meetings are the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6pm.
Stewardship Council
As members of the Stewardship Council, guided by the Holy Spirit, we work as a team providing leadership for all to a stewardship way of life. Our purpose is to create an environment where parishioners can experience the love and generosity of God and become aware of the many gifts He has entrusted to us. Out of gratitude to God we desire to share those gifts with one another. Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7pm.
