Marriage Requirements

Couples planning to be married must contact the priest a minimum of 6 months, preferably one year, in advance of the wedding date. Arrangements are then made for preparation classes, which include:

~ meeting with the priest
~ a Pre Cana weekend retreat
~ completing a FOCCUS Pre-Marriage Survey and
~ meeting with a mentor couple

Parish membership is required of a least one of the individuals.

These arrangements are also required of couples planning to be married in a non-Catholic church and where one individual is Catholic.
