We are called to Share God’s Blessings with Others
The Holy Spirit brings about Conversion and a New Life in Christ. Evangelization nurtures us, makes us grow, and renews us in holiness as God’s people. Outwardly, evangelization addresses those who have not heard the Gospel or who, having heard it, have stopped practicing their faith, as well as those who seek the fullness of faith. It calls us to work for full communion among all who confess Jesus but do not yet realize the unity for which Christ prayed.
We are merely stewards of the gifts God has given us. In this spirit of stewardship there are ways in which YOU can…

Be a Part of the Evangelizing Mission of St. John the Baptist Parish, Now and in the Future:
- The St. John’s Endowment for Faith Formation and Instruction was established in the early 1990′s by a group of parishioners who felt a call to share the Catholic faith with others. A donation to the St. John’s Endowment for Faith Formation and Instruction now ensures that you are a part of bringing the Catholic faith to others. Giving a gift now helps strengthen and pass on the mission of evangelization.
- By remembering St. John the Baptist Church in your last will and testament, you have the ability to teach others about sharing God’s gifts as well as providing valuable funds to building a strong foundation for ministry and the future well-being of parish building and grounds.
- Through your monetary gifts and estate planning, the parish of St. John’s will have the opportunity to act as the disciples at Pentecost did and carry out God’s will to bring the message of salvation in Jesus Christ to all people.
- Gifts of stock, real estate, or listing St. John’s as beneficiary on a life insurance policy are other ways in which you can share the gifts of plenty with the parish of St. John’s. Information can be provided to you regarding gifts of this type, so that you may reap the best possible tax advantages with your gift.
