Hospitality Team
This team exists to inspire and ignite a culture of hospitality within St. John's Parish. A resource for the Pastor, staff, ministries and volunteers.

Event Bakers 
Occasionally bake cookies or cakes for receptions and small events and Simon Ministry.

The Nativity of St. John the Baptist 
We celebrate our parish community as we remember our patron saint. This celebration takes place the end of June (around June 24th) and includes an outdoor Mass and celebration.
   *Event Set-Up (tables, benches, decor)
   *Food prep/service
   * Event clean up

Set Up/Serve at Faith Formation Events 
Occasionally help Faith Formation Staff with set-up, serving and clean-up at Faith Formation Events.

St. Pat's Dinner
We celebrate our Irish heritage the Sunday before St. Patrick’s Day with a traditional ham dinner. There are several opportunities to serve:
  *Event Set-up - Set up dishes, centerpieces on tables.
 *Food Prep - Help cook/prepare food.
 *Food Server - Serve food buffet style. Keep buffet tables filled with food.
 *Event Clean-Up - Clear tables, wash tables, put away clean dishes, etc.
 *Dishwasher - Load, start and unload automated dishwasher and clean area. Training provided.



**All volunteers must complete a background check, sign a Code of Conduct and if involved with children and vulnerable adults, must complete Virtus Training.
