Facilities Usage
Parish Sponsored Events is any event that has to do with the teachings and outreach of the Parish. Example: Knights of Columbus, CCW, Parish Meetings, Funeral Receptions, Baptism Parties. Since the event is sponsored by the parish there is no need for liability insurance, damage document, facility usage and indemnity agreement.
Non-Parish Sponsored Event
Examples: Grooms Dinner, Bridal Shower, Parties (Anniversary, Birthday, Graduation), Fraternity Events, Fundraisers
Matthews Hall:
- Facility usage fee ($50 parishioner, $100 non-parishioner, $50 for charity, fundraisers, non-profit)
- Damage deposit $100 (returned if facility is in left in good order)
- Liability Insurance of $1,000,000
- Signed affirmation/facility usage-indemnity agreement
Steps for renting the facilities:
Call parish office 507-625-3131 to set up a tentative date (date will be confirmed once below steps are final)
- Damage Deposit - $100 both for Matthews Hall and Parish Life Center - check will be shredded if everything is in proper condition
